Every customer is welcome to come to our facility to pick up their puppy, but the majority of our customers live too far away. Therefore the majority (90%) of our pups are shipped to their new home by air cargo.

Puppies are shipped at  8 weeks of age. This is the optimal time to transfer a young pup.

When it is time to ship a pup, we make all of the arrangements for the customers. We have a veterinarian examine the puppy and issue an Official State Health Certificate. We purchase the transport crate which the new home will keep. We call the customer with the airlines, flight number, date and time of arrival, and airway bill number on the arriving pup.

Puppies are only shipped during the temperature range of 25f-85f. During the heat of summer this sometimes requires mid am or evening flights.

By pre-introducing our puppies to both separation from their littermates for some time each day (begin 5 weeks) and exposing them to motion by taking them for rides. This combination greatly reduces the stress a puppy feels during both transport and adjustment to the new home.

Shipping within the states is $350 all inclusive.
